Just dl'ed installed and it says error -

Bitbean-Qt cannot be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure Bitbean-Qt works with Mac OS X.

Can you please send a screenshot of the error?

When you first open the downloaded file, it is going to give a message that it is from an unknown developer. You need to simply hold down the CTRL key, click the file and select open. This will then give you another dialog to confirm you want to open the file from an unknown developer.

Please send your screenshot of the error to admin@bitbean.org

Hi cparsley,

Currently I'm using on Mac OS X 10.9 and I have a Friend who is using on Mac OS X 10.11 without any problems, if you can please send a print screen with the error and the OS version to admin@bitbean.org or zequinha@bitbean.org.

The BitBean Wallet for Mac OS that was released, requires minimum of Mac OS v10.7 on 64-bit architecture.

The current build was built in a Virtual Machine environment. To get a build for 32-bit older Macs is going to require access to real Mac hardware with < 10.7

Send me code and will ing to work on it here in Snow Leopard.. If I had a working wallet would probably go get 1Million Bitbeans.
